Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Industrial Relations and Sociology. Her career began in the Industrial Relations department at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where she gained valuable experience in workplace relations.

Stephanie’s career then took her overseas, first to Singapore, where she worked in various administrative roles, and later to Hong Kong, where she worked for a private health insurance company. Upon returning to Australia, she leveraged her organizational skills to coordinate conferences, before joining the Mater Hospital in 2009.

At the Mater, Stephanie began as a fundraising support specialist for the Mater Lives Committee, Friends of the Mater Foundation, and the Mater Hospital itself.  In 2012 her dedication to the cause led to her transition to Executive Assistant for the Friends of the Mater Foundation.

In 2022, Stephanie’s commitment and leadership were recognized when she was appointed Co-Executive Director of Friends of the Mater Foundation. In July 2023, Stephanie was appointed Executive Director, where she continues to lead and inspire efforts to support the Foundation’s vital work.

Stephanie’s three children were born at the Mater.
